Riva's is usually great, but this is different than the Henderson location I usually go to.

I ordered Fajita, and they gave me Nachos.

Initially, they would not fix... and this drove me insane.

However, realizing where I was (what many consider to be a ghetto), I had what should've been an obvious idea. I offered to pay the difference. This shows I'm just not some scum looking for free stuff. This worked!

In fact, it worked so well I ordered some more food to go lol

This is not exactly health food, but the food sensitive can minimize any harm by ordering the awesome Fajita (and not eating the wheat wrapping) or ordering tacos, which have corn wrappers.

One of the better options for food on the middle of the night.

For the pure organic healthy option, check out the Eldorada, which is also 24/7 - but expect it to cost 2 to 3x as much.

Frankly, I think Vegas is blessed to have both.

Both are actually better than many of the options I previously enjoyed in San Diego and Phoenix / Tempe.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE! but okay food.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE SERVICE AGAIN.
    Unprofessionalism.

Experience: I CALLED BEFOREHAND ORDERING, I asked approximately how long, They told me 10 minutes. I was preparing to take a lunch, so time punctuality is important, I decided to give them 20 minutes before I headed down there, calculating my lunch time around them. I get there in 20 minutes, and all the workers are in the lobby, eating food. One jumps up and begins to wait on me, I tell them I'm here to pick up,  Lady look confused, I said I called on the phone, still confused,  another lady sitting down begins to speak to her in Spanish, then goes to the back and locates my order on a piece of paper.

LONG STORY SHORT, THEY NEVER BEGAN MY ORDER, I asked, who took my order, and curiously looked at all the girls, she responded with an attitude I don't know, and when she saw my surprised expression, rudely asked if I could just wait 5 minutes.  THEY ARE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME TO PICK UP, if you aren't going to have it ready at that promised time. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch for them, while they were eating their food . Just wow.

Disappointing to say they will not be seeing my service again .

The tacos are good. I tried al pastor and asada. Not the best though. The cleanliness inside is ok, restrooms ok. I would return to try other items but this will not be my to-go place for tacos.

I always come here for the menudo, but when one of the cooks left to a different restaurant the quality of the food has changed... today I ordered Menudo and it was expired.. as soon as she put the plate on the table it stunk bad I took a little sip and it was sour...WTF!  How would you serve that... I told the waitress and looked at the cooks, they all had a confused look on their face.. I saw another lady in the back try it and spat it right out in the trash can, confirming it was bad...This place use to be good.. but has gone down hill in service and the food.... I think this will be the last time I come here

This place serves real Mexican food. No "super burritos," or also known as Gringo-friendly burritos. Lol! Counter style, and always busy for dinner. It's my go to spot for lazy evenings. You can order on UberEats too and there are three locations, I believe, throughout the valley. I'd give it five stars but it's salsa bar has very little variety, and looks bland.
